"That was you?" Philadelphia-born, Scott Gunner is used to this question. As an actor, Scott has built a reputation for being able to disappear into roles vastly different from each other. He recently finished an Off-Broadway production of "The Dooples" at the Cherry Lane Theater, as well as performed in an improv comedy showcase with the Upright Citizens Brigade. Additionally, Scott has been seen as a number of diverse characters in other plays and musicals with the Woodstock Playhouse, Theater for the New City, Temple Theaters, and Philadelphia Young Playwrights.
Scott received his B.A. in Theater with a concentration in acting from Temple University. There he studied under and performed with accomplished directors and actors such as Doug Wager, Edward Sobel, Peter Reynolds, Donna Snow and many more. He has also spent years training in musical theater at Settlement Music School under the Philadelphia Opera Company’s Katherine Mallon-Day.
Scott currently resides in Brooklyn and is excited to continue making art and building relationships with other performers and audiences across the country.
